Bayonet Point - FLORIDA   Our area is very quite residential.  Our home is close to many restaurants, shopping malls and entertainment.  We are 5 minutes from Fred Howard Park which is a lovely public beach on the Gulf of Mexico.  You can find more general information about our area on the web site:

Tampa International Airport - TPA:  To reach us by flight you can arrive to Tampa International Airport.  There are airport transport buses that will bring you to our door.  You can rent a car for pick up at the airport and drive yourself which will take you approximately 45 minutes depending on the time of day.

RENTAL RATES:

  • $5999 for three months double occupancy * excludes utilities or $6600 for three months inclusive of utilities (electricity, water, garbage pick up)

Other Charges:

  • Security deposit of $200 is charged with lease and refunded within 10 days of departure or at inspection of property on day of departure if appointment is made with owner.  Deposit is a damage breakage deposit.
  • Electricity, water and garbage pick up:  Utilities - to be paid at the end of stay based on usage billed by provider if that option is chosen.
