Old Marco, Florida - We have confirmed an exchange with a couple for the PH Sparkling Water at the Old Marco Inn for either June 24th - July 5th 2005.  This property is exceptional and if we go to Marco Island we will certainly enjoy the sailing, everglade air boat trips and old south culture.  The web site for this property is www.oldmarco.com then click on penthouses then chose Sparkling Waters. Blue Ridge, Georgia, is a small town approximately 90 miles due north of Atlanta. It is close to the borders of Tennessee and North Carolina (in fact, it is called the Tri State area) . It is easily accessible from Atlanta with 4-lane highways all the way. Blue Ridge is very tourist oriented, resulting in excellent shopping and entertainment opportunities, including white water rafting, boating, movies, (even a drive-in theatre! ) , stage performances, a train ride, horseback riding, and art and antiques shopping. In spite of all the activities found in and around Blue Ridge, it is still a small mountain town.
