Long Stay Offer:  Pay for 16 consecutive weeks and receive 26 weeks.  -38.5% - St. Barth tourist Tax is not due with Long Stay bookings.

What’s INCLUDED:

1.       Electricity

2.       Cooking Gas

3.       Bed linens for each bed 

4.       2 sets of bath towels per person

6.       Final cleaning on day of departure

7.       Water cistern and city water is included with Weekly and Extended Stay bookings for normal use.  Excessive use of water is charged at 9.00€ per m3.

What is NOT INCLUDED:

1.       St Barth tourist tax 5% is due if you are booking and paying for less than 13 weeks.

2.       Water – In the case of Long Stays.  The meter is read on your arrival and when you depart.  You will pay for the water used during your stay at the rate charged by EDU the local water company which is between 8.5 – 9.0€ per meter3.  There is a water meter at each property.
