Finally bought the farm December 30th, 2004

This land is in the middle of the Circuit de l'ARMAGNAC
- keep an eye out for the three musketeers

Distance from St. Jean de Luz: 205 km or about 120 miles ,which took 2 hours
and 15 minutes. 89 km of the distance is on N-124 which is a country road and
90 km is on the auto route.

The photos are from standing in the middle taking shots all around. Photos
taken on August 20th, 2004 at 8:45am.
Our project started on December 30th, 2004 when
we received the permission to develop this lovely property into a resort.
All the legal documents were signed and we are off on an adventure of
development.
We have hired Philippe Chambone an Architect
from Vic Fezensac to design the buildings and supervise the construction.
We have submitted to the local planning department request for an additional
350m2 of buildings which will bring our project to over 500 m2. The
additional planning permission will be know on or about April 15th, 2005.
Drawings for the project have started March 2005 with first draft completion
scheduled for April 2005. We hope to break ground on construction works
no later than May 2006. To build the entire complex it will take over 3
years. However we plan to finish the first building before the spring of
2006. Updates on this project will be posted. Our Architect has
finished the final drawings for the building and we are now waiting for the
Marie to give us the final permission to start. Below are more
