Our family owns a lovely antique flat in St. Jean de Luz, France named IDUSKI MENDI,  Basque for Sun Mountain. We have a great view over the Pyrenees Mountains and with a south exposure we enjoy the sun all day. ISUSKI MENDI #7:  has 56 m2.  Immediately upon purchase we gutted and renovated the entire space with new wood floors, a new American style eat in kitchen living room, new shower room, wc, restored hard wood flooring, new double pane windows and white wall coverings.  We are on the 3rd floor by American standards and the 2nd floor by French standards.  The street entry has an intercom.  There is a public parking lot in front and you can walk to the train stop. View over the mountains from both bedroom windows is fantastic.......  There are flowers in the public area in front of our flat.  This is a beautiful place to live.

Local walking distance to:  You can walk to the beach approx. 300 meters where there is a wonderful board walk, pergola, casino and large white sandy beach.  You can walk to all shops and cafes in the village of St. Jean de Luz.  Fantastic dining.  There is a Market two times a week on Tuesday and Friday 1 block behind IDUSKI MENDI.  The village of St. Jean de Luz awaits your maunderings.....

Transportation:  The Biarritz Airport is 15 minutes drive or the TVG Haull is 150 meters walk.  Great location to visit the Pyrenees Mountains, San Sebastian Spain and all of the Pays Basque country.  International flights arrive to Charles de Gaul in Paris then change to local flight direct to Biarritz.

Occupancy:  Our flat can accommodate two persons.  The sleeping suite is large with a king size bed, windows open to view over the Pyrenees'.  The Media room is large with TV and days bed, great place to relax.  The living room kitchen dining room is very comfortable and well equipped.  The apartment has white furnishings and is on the second floor with no elevator.  The apartment is not suitable for small children.
